Establish in 1995 Dalian Hualian Food Co. Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the reprocessing of fresh frozen and FD seafood vegetable and fruit products. With a staff of over 2 000 employees and a fixed asset investment of over RMB180 million the company has an area of 63 932 m 5 seafood workshops 1 workshop for vegetable and fruit products 1 FD workshop and a cold storage capacity of 24 000 tons. The annual output of seafood products is over 22 000 tons vegetable and fruit products over 18 000 tons and FD products over 10 000 tons. Its state-of-the-art machinery consists of plate freezers hydraulic pressure block freezers filleting machines skinning machines ice-makers metal detectors FD capsules and drying tunnels.
Our major frozen seafood products include pollock fillets cod fillets sole fillets salmon fillets and shrimp meat etc. Among its major frozen vegetable and fruit products are strawberry yellow peach blueberry nameko mushroom and oyster mushroom. FD products are mainly fish slices fruit and vegetable.
